There are no problems with this pop up it has served it's purpose well, we have just out grown it. There are no rips, tears, or smells, it is in EUC. *Original curtains, no rips, or tears,,,excellent shape, the window covers are all in excellent shape no tears, no cuts, EUC*Queen bed at one end, double at the other end..mattress's still have plastic on them, (body never touched mattress)*Stove is propane, never used (cooked out side)*Sink with the outside connection to water, have water tank.....never filled it, worked off hose hook up, small storage under sink*A/C on top with heat as well, and their is also propane heat...will make you sweat, all works perfectly.*Fold down table with bench seats, the cushions used as bed, and there is storage under one side of the bench seating, No smells, rips or tears*Curtains across both bed areas, Excellent shape, and lights at both ends by the beds *there is a refrig that works with electricity or propane, also can run off car battery to charge while driving to camp spot*Long counter across the other side of the camper, with a drawer and 2 cabinets underneath*Threford Potty in place of the extra storage cube, it works !!*Spare tire with cover and propane tank included. This is in very excellent used condition, it really looks new, we pamper all of our toys, and take very good care of them, you will not be sorry if you were to purchase this. It is very much fun to camp in. We only used it to change clothes and sleep and too house the food. As we cooked and did everything outside. There are no rips, tears, smells or anything in this camper as there were only 2 adults in it. We don't smoke either.
