The condition of this unit appears to be good. The seller was able to demonstrate that everything functions including the slide and all electronics. Per the sellers, the cabinetry is real wood, not particle board. The propane tanks are NOT included on this unit. The roof has been rubber sealed, and the unit has been well maintained, cleaned, and personally inspected every three months. There is a small rip on the awning.
