2013 Triple E Regency 24MB, 2013 Triple E Regency Grand Touring GTMB24 This home away from home is the top selling model from Leisure Vans. It has so may amenities that it is hard to figure out where to start. This home is one of the very few that is considered to be a four season home. The fresh water tank and all pipes are contained inside the living area. The black and grey tanks are insulated and even have exhaust gas from the engine directed by them to ensure your system doesnt freeze while you are moving from one destination to the next. The windows are double pane. The size and style of this bathroom is surprising in a 25 ft home and puts a lot of class As to shame. With a large corner shower, a vanity with a window to see what is going on the world and storage galore for your linens, this bathroom will meet all your needs. The galley is next. With a stainless steel sink, a pull out kitchen faucet, this will make the chore of doing dishes much less unpleasant. The convection microwave oven gives you the speed of microwaves, but the browning of foods prepared in a gas oven. A two burner gas cooktop with a glass cover provides you with the basic cooking needs. The refrigerator/freezer will operate from both propane and electricity. It will even do this automatically when auto operation is selected. It has both a dedicated freezer and refrigerator area. The dining area is large enough to accommodate four adults. It can also be converted to a day bed. For sleeping, a queen size murphy bed is just waiting for you. Entertainment is provided by a 26 Vizio television and RCA DVD player. To power all this, there are two house batteries, a gas Onan generator and an inverter. The generator has less than 150 hours. The water is heated by a six gallon LP gas water heater. The 2013 E-Series 450 Ford with the included 6.8L V-10 provides plenty of power. Air bag suspension is also installed for a smoother ride. The entertainment center in the cab is a Sony with a Tom Tom GPS. Milage is less than 14,250 and I take it to the Ford dealer for its oil changes.
