Overall good condition. Does have usual wear. I am happy to assist with delivery, familiarizing you with the travel trailer & even permanent setup at your location if you are local.Has seen little road use - was mainly kept along side house as temporary guest house for visiting friends/family. Here's the cons: Rear bumper IS bent as pictured. Needs new awning material (hardware/frame is good). Older tires, fine for local delivery/setup on property, but need to be changed for taking on road trip. Upgraded electric & tankless hot water heater was used while guest house and is included. Is currently wired 30 amp single pole with the electric/gas oem hot water heater and can be simply plugged in at any campsite etc.Roof has been maintained and sealed regularly. Doors, windows, passthroughs etc. sealed regularly.Complete AC system has been replaced.Complete refrigerator/freezer cooling/gas system has been replaced and upgraded.Electric Super slide out was recently serviced and is in excellent condition.Front mattress was upgraded to real Queen size Tempurpedic mattress.Located in Margate, FL 33068.
