The coach looks presentable. The full paint looks to be in good condition, except for the clear coat peeling from the front cap and minor scrape on the front bumper. No body damage was seen. The interior looks great, no damage was seen. The entry steps are not finished, they can be tiled or covered with carpet. The tires look to be in good condition with deep tread, no DOT dates were seen. There is minor corrosion on the chassis. The seller discloses the generator does not work, the refrigerator currently is not working. The automatic steps do not work and the leveling system does not work. Overall good condition. Does have usual wear. I am happy to assist with delivery, familiarizing you with the travel trailer & even permanent setup at your location if you are local.Has seen little road use - was mainly kept along side house as temporary guest house for visiting friends/family. Here's the cons: Rear bumper IS bent as pictured. Needs new awning material (hardware/frame is good). Older tires, fine for local delivery/setup on property, but need to be changed for taking on road trip. Upgraded electric & tankless hot water heater was used while guest house and is included. Is currently wired 30 amp single pole with the electric/gas oem hot water heater and can be simply plugged in at any campsite etc.Roof has been maintained and sealed regularly. Doors, windows, passthroughs etc. sealed regularly.Complete AC system has been replaced.Complete refrigerator/freezer cooling/gas system has been replaced and upgraded.Electric Super slide out was recently serviced and is in excellent condition.Front mattress was upgraded to real Queen size Tempurpedic mattress.Located in Margate, FL 33068. 1996 Fleetwood Bounder 30, We are a South African couple who bought the motorhome to travel around and live in whislt on our previous visit. We used it for 5 months, everything works nicely. It has a Chevy 454 engine and transmission. Aircon ice cold, no roof leaks. Pretty perfect little house, we need to sell it as we bought a house now and no longer need the rv.
