This is a great condition 2009 Forest River Salem 26TBUD. This unit has triple bunks in the back, queen closed off bedroom in the front, jack knife couch, and fold down U dinette. This sums up to sleep area for up to 9 people. Unit is in almost perfect condition for the year. It has 2 year old tires, wheels, and battery. 12foot slide out section holds the U dinette and the couch. Unit has 2X30 lb propane tanks. Unit has been sealed 3 years ago by professional shop and I do yearly sealing of all seams. Has 3 burner stove, refrigerator is taller unit and holds significant groceries. Cutting board inserts for the sinks gives extra counter space. There is storage below all bed locations ( couch, dinette, and queen bed). I have added bike fork attachments to the dining area to handle 3 bicycles during transport. Electric stabilizers instead of manual crankdowns. I have added sway stabilizers to the front and rear electric stabilizers to reduce front to back away when parked. Unit weighs ~5500lbs dry.

Only 3000 lbs, Can be pulled with Many vehicle types!!!This Micro-lite has the Optional AC & retractable awning, and front stabilizer jacks offered on the FBR18Sleeps 4, 18 foot long living area, full bathroom with separate shower which is virtually unused.Very Good Condition, see notes below.All appliances & devices fully functional: AC, Furnace, Water Heater, Refrigerator/Freezer, Range & oven, Plumbing, and Microwave.Owners manual for trailer & Appliances includedISSUES: Some minor exterior siding delimitation is evident. NOTE: Trailer has never had an exterior water leak. Also, the floor is spongy in areas which is a common issue with lightweight trailers. However this causes no functional issues with using trailer. Without these 2 issues, trailer is in Excellent Condition!Recently installed: Goodyear Marathon trailer tires (A few thousand mile on them)Exide Battery (1 year old)Microwave Foam Mattress(Tempur-Pedic knockoff)
