This is a great condition 2009 Forest River Salem 26TBUD. This unit has triple bunks in the back, queen closed off bedroom in the front, jack knife couch, and fold down U dinette. This sums up to sleep area for up to 9 people. Unit is in almost perfect condition for the year. It has 2 year old tires, wheels, and battery. 12foot slide out section holds the U dinette and the couch. Unit has 2X30 lb propane tanks. Unit has been sealed 3 years ago by professional shop and I do yearly sealing of all seams. Has 3 burner stove, refrigerator is taller unit and holds significant groceries. Cutting board inserts for the sinks gives extra counter space. There is storage below all bed locations ( couch, dinette, and queen bed). I have added bike fork attachments to the dining area to handle 3 bicycles during transport. Electric stabilizers instead of manual crankdowns. I have added sway stabilizers to the front and rear electric stabilizers to reduce front to back away when parked. Unit weighs ~5500lbs dry.

My lose your gain!! Purchased this brand new, straight of the dealer, to find out that this is way too small for our family. It has it all! Heater/AC, radio/Bluetooth with speakers inside and out, awning, shower, toilet, 2 king sized heated beds, extra seating that converts into a bed and table that also converts to a bed. Comes with a water heater and a water pump so you'll always have good strong water pressure. The front storage slides out for easy access when the camper is in use, also doubles as an outdoor table. So much more, you'll just have to come and check it out.Would consider a trade for a travel trailer no longer than 20ft.
