Trailer is a great trailer to have at a hunting camp. It has a small water leak that has come in by door that will be shown in a picture. Trailer is currently located in Collins, GA on family property.
1 bedroom that has a twin bed now, but will accommodate a queen size. Fold out couch for additional sleeping area.
Floors have been redone with laminate with the exception of bathroom and bedroom.
Bunk beds were removed to make a large closet, and the smaller closet was redone to be a pantry. So it has one really big closet and a smaller one in the bedroom.
Full size refrigerator, stove with oven. Also included are a microwave that is about 6 months old, a single serve coffee pot and a toaster oven.
Also included is a television with a built in DVD player and remote and one chest of drawers. Roof was recoated about 4 years ago.
Air conditioning works great! New thermostat!

Wonderful camper but we need a toy hauler. Sleeps 4. The couch will make an "L" and it is a sleeper sofa. The bathroom is large and the toliet is ceramic, not plastic. Plenty of storage, cabinets, under the bed and exterior. Slide outs on both sides allows for a very open feeling small camper. It has a kitchen island with pendant lighting. There is a place for an electric fireplace if you wanted to add one. It is rated for All Seasons and is warm in the winter and cool in the summer. We have loved this camper.

Step inside this Premier Ultra Lite travel trailer, It features a rear living layout, double slides, luxury cinema recliners, and a convenient kitchen island. As you enter you will notice a bath straight ahead and a bedroom just off to the right. The bath offers an angled shower, toilet, and sink, plus a sliding door into the bedroom. You may also enter the bedroom from the hallway. There is a queen size bed, wardrobes on both sides, and a convenient laundry chute. Just inside the entry door to your left, there is a convenient closet and kitchen pantry. Next there is a slide out three burner range, countertop space, second pantry, and entertainment center along the curb side wall. The rear features a tri-fold sofa with overhead storage at each end. On the road side, you will find luxury cinema recliners for two, and a booth dinette slide. The refrigerator is located just off the slide near the booth dinette. There is also a convenient island in the middle that features a double kitchen sink for clean up and extra counter space for prep work. There is no lack of storage on the inside of this trailer, and the outside features a pass through compartment with access on either side, plus an outdoor kitchen, and so much more!
This is our 2012 Arctic Fox 25P by Northwood Mfg. This is an exceptional example of one of the best built coaches available. One of the most sought after used units on the road. We purchased this model because we did not want the new end cap that was developed for this unit. Glad we did as the end cap they used starting in 2013 has had color issues etc. We have modified the coach by making it boondock friendly adding solar power in a very real way. Electrical: we have 500 watts of panels on the top of the unit that are regulated by a Morning Star 45 controller. We have added a battery box across the front of the unit that holds four 6volt batteries and has an anti-theft bar. We monitor charging through the Trimetric monitor on the inside of the coach. In addition, there are four twelve volt receptacles which have been added. The unit has a 1500 watt inverter. Storage: we added a 20 inch rear storage rack that runs the width of the unit. Inside there is an additional pantry as well. Livability: Northwood Manufacturing prides itself on the true four season ability of their coach. We have added an additional fantastic fan in the kitchen area as well as a new ventilating fan in the bathroom. We have also installed a replacement big screen that uses a LED 45 watt power drain instead of the common LCD 150 watt. The coach has dual pane windows. Gray tankage of 75 gallons, black of 35 gallons and 57 gallons of water. Towability: you MUST use a vehicle that is rated at three quarter tons or greater to tow this unit. GVWR is 10,000 lbs. The frame is built by Northwood and I encourage you to visit their site to view the layup schedule and other features such as a marine ply floor, three quarter inch plywood roof, etc.etc. Tires were replaced with H rated Maxxis and wheel bearings have been redone every year.
