2007 Gulf Stream Amerilite 21MB, 21' 2007 GulfStream Amerilite 21MB LE Travel Trailer. Very clean, great camper for light weight camping (smaller tow vehicle), It has a full bath and kitchen, queen bed and dinette that converts to a double bed. Ideal for a small family, or a retired couple. Lightweight and easy to tow. We recently retired and bought it a year a ago, to see if we really like camping. It was in excellent condition. We have maintained it accordingly. No kids, non-smokers. The interior is in excellent condition. Great refrigerator, 3 eye gas stove top (seldom used, as we cook outside). Air Conditioning is ice cold and gas furnace seldom used, is in excellent condition. Queen sized bed at front of camper with storage on each side and large storage under the bed. Also has end tables for clocks, reading lights, etc. Large shower for this size camper, with hand held shower head. Vanity and potty all in excellent shape. I am a homebuilder, so I sealed all countertop joints to prevent any possible water problems. The exterior is in very good condition. One decal has minor cracking, due to age and sun and some small road dings on the front, but in very good condition. The radial tires are only one year old, and are like new (two axles for road safety). We had the roof professionally inspected and caulked this past October, along with the electric brakes, wheel bearings and all other systems.. The prior owner said they did the same every year. The camper has a large utility rack on the rear bumper and is great for carrying a grill and firewood, bicycles, etc. I will add the same to my next trailer, as it is so convenient. The front tongue lift is electric, which is very unusual for smaller campers, but very convenient when attaching and detaching to the tow vehicle. The camper has two 20# LP gas tanks and one deep cycle 12V battery. The gas water Heater works perfectly (heats water very quickly and can keep up with an adult shower). The camper has a TV antenna and exterior Cable hookup for campgrounds with cable included. Also there is a TV shelf above the fridge, in the event of rain, and an exterior jack, for watching sports outside, etc. The canopy works great and is very large for this size trailer. We discovered that we love camping so we are purchasing a large camper for extended (3 month +) trips. Otherwise, we would be perfectly happy with this unit. Gulf Stream has an excellent reputation for quality and Customer Service. As a result, we decided to stay with Gulf Stream for our pending purchase.
