This is pretty much a brand-new travel trailer. It's only being sold because it is too small for the current owners. The owner states that this RV has never been used. I did not observe any signs of leaks, but did notice a small tear in the rear exterior fiberglass, right above the X of the word Apex. There were no unusual odors or signs of neglect. The seller states that all components are operational. As of 6/29/22 the small tear in the rear exterior fiberglass mentioned above has been repaired. Photos have been included. Not too cramped, but not too big to keep up with, this 2022 Coachmen Apex Nano 213RDS may be just what you are looking for. With the slide out extended, the interior is more spacious than you would first imagine. There are storage areas throughout. Although this travel trailer does not have a generator, the solar panel allows for electricity generation off the grid. No unusual stains or odors were detected. The seller states that to the best of her knowledge, all features are operational.
