This is pretty much a brand-new travel trailer. It's only being sold because it is too small for the current owners. The owner states that this RV has never been used. I did not observe any signs of leaks, but did notice a small tear in the rear exterior fiberglass, right above the X of the word Apex. There were no unusual odors or signs of neglect. The seller states that all components are operational. As of 6/29/22 the small tear in the rear exterior fiberglass mentioned above has been repaired. Photos have been included.
