12 ft. slide out makes this trailer more roomy than most New York apartments. Queen size mattress in the nose that is actually very comfy. Dinette and sofa slide out making for lots of floor space. These areas also convert to beds if you have quests. Kitchen is equipped with stove, microwave, oven and tons of cabinets. The bathroom has a roomy shower with lavatory and medicine cabinet. Gas water heaters and heat and air work great. Electric self-leveling jacks with ramp on rear. You have to see this one to believe for such a great price.
