The trailer spends more time in storage than anything else. The sun has taken a bit of a toll on the front end as it has stated to delaminate. I am not aware of any water leaks however I am in the process of going over any possible roof issues. I am also replacing/repairing a fender skirt that was damaged doing a blowout on our last outing. The is an A/C unit (used twice), furnace, fridge, freezer, microwave oven (never used), oven stoves, hotwater heater, shower, toilet, 2 sinks, 1 pop out bunk bed in back, smoke detectors CO detectors, fire extinguisher, 2 propane tank and battery capacity. We purchased the trailer in late 2006 with the intent of having many family outings with the kids and grandkids. That did not play out as planned. It has not gotten too large for just the 2 of us and we must part ways with it. The purchaser will need to pick the vehicle up from its current location. A money order will be required.
