Normal 0 MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 Offered for sale is a 1993 Titan Champion motor home of 32 foot length. This RV runs and drives very well. I am listing this vehicle for a friend who is not conversant with eBay. He purchased the RV as he was expecting to be entering retirement and traveling with his wife, but has decided to defer retirement and will not be using the RV in the near future. The vehicle can be inspected in Port Jervis, NY 12771 in advance of bidding, and will need to be picked up at this zip code. The motor home has a NY State safety inspection sticker good through July 2017. The title is clear, from New York State and in hand. The roof leaks and needs attention. There is water damage. There is some caulking on the roof that indicates a previous attempt to seal the roof. The engine is a six cylinder Cummins diesel, from the included literature model 6B5.9, 190 HP. The transmission is an Allison AT542, according to the plate on the transmission. The vehicle has 66,302 miles on it presently, though as it is being driven might change a little bit. The chassis is by Oshkosh. The Onan generator runs on LP and starts and runs very well. Gen has 197 hours on clock. The generator is located in the front of the coach under an access panel between the driver and passenger seats. The tires are Michelin X with very little wear. See pics. The manual for the RV is included, as are manuals for many of the appliances. One of the pics is from the brochure which shows some capacities, and here are some of the pertinent specs from there. Diesel fuel capacity 90 gallons. Fresh water 48 gallons. Grey water 44 gallons. Black water 44 gallons Wedgewood gas stove. Thetford Aqua Magic toilet. Duo-therm Briskair air conditioners. Norcold 400 series refrigerator. Onan LP generator. The rear bed is queen sized, and the couch in the front folds down into a bed, see picture. There was a verbal report that the front end was rebuilt recently and the front brakes are new. The technician who performed the NYS safety inspection noted the good condition of the front end and brakes, as well as the good condition of the underside of the chassis. In addition to the roof leaks as mentioned above, some other items need attention. It appears a window was left open at some point on the passenger side by the front as the area under the window has some heavy water damage. See picture. There appears to be an issue with the two roof mounted AC units. The power does not always seem to get there, and when it does only the fans go on. This may be a problem with the power feeding the units, the problem has not been diagnosed. The gas stove does not work, it appears gas is not getting there. There are two newer regulators back by the LP tank so the regulator inside the stove is suspect. The refrigerator does not appear to work. It is both LP and electric. The dash mounted AC does not blow cold air but the fan works. The RV would benefit from a good interior and exterior cleaning. The paint on the RV shows signs of sun damage and oxidation. The skylight in the bathroom interior trim is off, and the fan and light assembly need work. The door covering the LP gas tank has damage and has been covered with duct tape as can be seen in the picture, on the right side behind the rear wheels. The rug cleaner machine in the picture is not included. There is some rusting here and there on the vehicle, but the frame is not rusted and from a visual inspection of the underside it looks good. There are a number of minor scrapes, scratches dings and dents on the vehicle. The vehicle does not appear to have ever had serious body damage from an impact. I have some additional pictures that are not included with the listing so if there is anything you might like to see, please contact as I may have a picture I can forward to you right away. Terms: A paypal deposit of $250 is due within 24 hours of winning bid. The balance is due within 5 days to the owner on pickup in cash, or other arrangement to be made advance. This vehicle is sold as is where is. Bidders are welcomed and encouraged to inspect the vehicle in person. If there are any questions please ask in advance of bidding.
