The general condition of this coach is very good for the year.
The exterior finishes are holding up fairly well for nearly 20 years of age, there is some sun fade but not excessive and better than average for an Arizona vehicle.
The front tires are just 2 years old, the rears are at least 4 years old and likely due for replacement.
No issues on the roof are reported, and the slide works smoothly as does the awning.
The interior is also very nice, the coach is quite clean and displays normal but not excessive wear. Cabinets open and close normally, no issues reported with the appliances or amenities and it's a very nice vehicle for a 2004 model.
