The seller says the batteries are recently new. Both TVs were replaced with newer flat screens. Everything is working as Tiffin designed it. According to the seller, the unit is in great shape and needs nothing else at this time except a new queen mattress (sellers removed the old one as they knew new owners might want to have their own) and two (2) flat-screen TVs to finish off the living area and bedroom. In 2012 there was rain intrusion from a storm that pushed water through the seals in the rear for a short time. The coach was professionally repaired and there have been no issues in the past 11 years. No leaks or signs of leaking. New engine battery and new awning fabric! New inverter! Ceiling vents and shower skylight have been replaced. Failing body decals have been removed and are ready for new decals. The tires are original, have good tread, they will need to be replaced. This coach is very clean and does not have any visible rust. There was a bra on the front at one point that scratched some of the Diamond Shield. Overall this coach appears to be in good condition for the age. The paint is in good condition in most areas, clean and shiny! There are a few spots near the roof that do have some peeling. Inside the coach, everything works as it should per the seller. All upholstery is in good condition, with no rips or tears noticed. The flooring is in great shape except for one small nick that was noticed. The tires are dated 05/17 and need to be replaced. There is also some mold under the 3M clear coat on the front of the coach, which can be removed for about $2,500. The slide toppers have a rip in the corner, but they still work as they should. But they will need attention sometime soon. The generator and engine appear to run great! Stock #392900 Very well maintained 2008 Tiffin Allegro, 56,000 miles, ready for her next adventures!
