The overall condition of this coach is fair, it has higher miles for a Class A though the Caterpillar engine is very reliable. The exterior shows a lot of sun fading, the graphics are rough and it is cosmetically challenged. Has been stored outdoors, and on Arizona vehicles, it takes a toll. Both slide awnings will need replacing. The front windows are exhibiting fogging on a couple of panes, argon gas has escaped, and overall the exterior needs a good cleaning, hasn't been used in 5 years or so. The tires are from 2016 and will need to be replaced soon. The interior also shows some wear and really just needs some TLC, but the AC blows cold, and the owner's family says everything works. The overall condition of this coach is very good to excellent. Its single owner has kept up on maintenance, it's very clean and presents well. The exterior displays no major sun fade; there is some checking of the paint near the door, but the awnings look good; the roof is reported to be in great shape, and nothing seems out of place. The interior is also excellent, with normal wear and tear, but it presents as a newer coach than 2015. Really nice wood, no major wear to note and just some wear on the front seats on the Ultraleather, which is a typical issue.
