2013 Palazzo 36.1 shows normal wear and tear for the age. Very clean, but the furniture is showing peeling/cracking which is common for the year. The outside is in very good shape, with a roof access ladder. Has newer tires DOT of 2922. As with all used purchases, we recommend a pre-purchase inspection to have all systems checked.
