The seller reports this 2021 OUTLAW 38KB to be in very good condition and says all maintenance is current. There are a few areas where the paint finish has been scraped by normal wear and tear. We photographed each scrape we noticed as seen in the photos. All minor. As is typical of this generation of RVS, some areas of the vinyl seating surfaces have prematurely worn. We photographed each area we noticed as seen in the photos. There is one area where a portion of the wood lattice inset on a cabinet door is damaged. Again, please refer to the photos of this area. The RV was used in a highly managed rental fleet and received excellent maintenance. It is believed that all mechanical and electrical components operate properly. No rips or tears were observed on the furniture. There are a few wrinkled areas of the ceiling. However, the seller states it was that way when he purchased it, and no leaks. There is a small area with body damage on the driver side, but is hardly noticeable and does not impede any function of the coach.
