This 38RE is in good overall condition. The tires were replaced last year and per the seller, everything is in good working condition. The sellers have done some customization inside the coach and it can be modified again if needed. Step inside and find the Outlaw kitchen to your immediate left. This unit features a countertop extension, a large double sink, three burner range, and overhead microwave oven. There is also a residential refrigerator to keep a large amount of perishables fresh for a while. Straight across the unit enjoy seating and dining at the dream dinette with 46" x 85" sleeping area and a sofa. There is additional sleeping in the cab over drop down bunk that is 54" x 74". The condition of this unit is great. There is little to no wear and tear or sun damage outside it. The original tires came with the unit, though, so they might need replacing soon. All of the outlets and compartments work and open just fine as well. The inside of the unit is the same, if not better. It's been taken care of very well.
