The condition of this unit is great. There is little to no wear and tear or sun damage outside it. The original tires came with the unit, though, so they might need replacing soon. All of the outlets and compartments work and open just fine as well. The roof shows no leaks but it could be resealed again.
The inside of the unit is the same, if not better. It's been taken care of very well. Again, all the outlets and the ac controls work just fine, and the furniture is in great condition.

This 2017 Outlaw 38 RE Patio Deck is the perfect home on wheels; whether traveling with family or friends, you'll be comfortable!
As you enter the Outlaw RV, you'll first see the leatherette dream dinette booth, and to the left is the leatherette reclining sofa. You'll find a lovely electric fireplace with a remote control below the 40" flat-screen smart TV for your entertainment needs.
Off to the side is the kitchen, with everything you could want and need. There's a double kitchen sink with sink covers, a 3-burner gas stove and oven, and stainless steel side-by-side residential refrigerator, a convection microwave, and much cabinet space for all your traveling essentials.
As you head towards the rear, your full-sized bathroom is to the left, equipped with a toilet, a single bathroom sink, medicine cabinets, and a very nice walk-in shower. The owners replaced the showerhead with a new "waterfall" showerhead.
The bedroom is not too complex; you have your very comfortable king-sized bed, a mounted 32" flat-screen TV, a nice wardrobe with plenty of closet space, and a half bathroom. The half bathroom provides a toilet, sink, and medicine cabinet space, leading you to the exterior patio.
The driver and passenger chairs are very comfortable and swivel, which is great when you're parked and want to chat with the company. Right above you, there is a cabover bed for extra sleeping space.
The exterior of the unit provides you with plenty of compartment storage, three slides for ample amounts of space on the inside, a full-coverage awning for all of your relaxation needs, an Onan RV QG 5500 Gas Generator, Propane, an exterior shower, and sewer and water hookups.
The exterior rear patio is well-kept. As you let the rear ramp down to the patio, you'll find a 50" flat-screen smart TV, a single sink, a mini fridge, and a few cabinets.
This unit has 3 AC units for those hot summer days and nights; you can't go wrong!
