This is a very nice coach for its age. No musty smells or leaks were detected. All maintenance records from all owners are included.
The tires have about 20,000 miles on them.
The awning is new and has a wind sensor. The only thing that needs to be addressed is that one of the cabinets over the queen bed doesn't stay closed, and the sellers haven't had time to have it looked at.
