The tires have very low mileage on them and have been kept covered from the weather. The body has no damage at all. This is a big, comfortable coach. It has a few cosmetic issues with the painted decals on the doors and a few rub marks here and there, but all in all, it is in excellent condition. The generator receives 100-hour maintenance. It has new batteries, and new awning lights, and the rear wheels have just 3,000 miles on them. Of course, we always recommend that any buyer inspect the unit or have it inspected independently to verify the condition of the unit before making an "as is" purchase.
