The upholstery on the cab seats, sofa, and some edging around the dinette is flaking. Currently, the sofa and cab seats have third-party seat covers on them for this reason. However, the dinette seat cushions were recently reupholstered and look like new. Owner has a large roll of leather that comes with the RV for future upholstery work. The roof appears to be intact, with no visual signs of leaks. Rear tires are estimated to be about five years old (no date codes visible). The two front tires are fresh with date codes of 2021.
