Ready to hit the road for some family fun? This 2020 Chateau 31B will get you there in style and allow you to enjoy your time on the road! Built on the Ford E-Series Chassis and powered by the Ford Triton 6.8L V10 engine delivering 305 hp, you will not have any issues with passing or climbing mountains on the highway.
The 7500 lb towing allows bringing along a tow vehicle if desired when you want to run an errand and leave the RV at the campsite.
The unit is equipped with remote-controlled slides and awnings plus lights. The 4000 Watt Cummins/Onan RV generator delivers power to the RV when not able to plug into shore power.
The RV has dual roof-mounted AC units (11,000 BTU) that keep it cool in the summer. The unit has a tankless water heater, so hot water is not an issue with this RV. The unit is prepped for a combo W/D unit in the closet off of the main bedroom.
When you enter the RV, the two large slideouts create a comfortable, open floorplan that is comfortable and allows everyone to enjoy the time away from their busy schedules. The sofa quickly converts into a sleeping space, as does the dinette. The cab bunk bed can be used for additional sleeping space or storage.
The Galley is fully equipped with a 2-door refrigerator/freezer, a 2-burner gas cooktop with a single induction cooktop, a 30" over the range microwave/convection oven, and solid surface countertops throughout the RV, and a sizeable farm-style kitchen sink and plenty of cabinets/storage space. The large flat-screen TV over the dinette allows everyone to enjoy their favorite movie, show, or sporting event.
As you head to the rear of the RV, the split bathroom is just after the galley - the large walk-in shower and toilet are on one side, and the bathroom sink and medicine cabinets are on the opposite side of the unit.
A privacy door and screen from the main bedroom create a large private bathroom.
The main bedroom has a Queen-size bed, wall-mounted flat-screen TV, two large closets with drawers, and hanging racks at the foot of the bed. If desired, the one on the left is prepped for a Combo W/D unit.
Outside, the RV has a large patio awning, an exterior TV, and a stereo system with a soundbar for expanding the fun outside. There is plenty of storage space in the exterior storage compartments. This unit has 4-point Automatic Leveling jacks, an exterior shower, and a tankless water heater. The propane tank has a quick connection for a gas grill if desired.
