This 2019 Aria 3901 appears to be in very well-kept condition. Did not observe any obvious staining to the ceiling, and the flooring appears in excellent condition. The faux leather furniture upholstery appears to be free of stains but is starting to peel in places. Update 12/31/23: The buyer has had the peeling furniture upholstery replaced at a cost of about $9,000. See photos at the end of the sequence. 2017 Aria Coach has a full-body white wrap on the unit's exterior. Uncertain as to what the RV looks like under the wrap. Upholstery is in bad condition inside the RV. Unfortunately, this type of upholstery is known for peeling. (please see photos). The back corner of the RV has some fiberglass damage. Some scratches on the side of the RV. Inside the RV, on the top of the pocket door to the master looks like some damage to this area on the wood panel piece. (see photos) The exterior needs cleaning.
