This trailer is in great shape. All upholstery is in good condition, carpet is worn but does not have any holes or tears, cabinets and finishing are in good condition, windows/cranks in good working condition. Mini blinds throughout trailer and in good working condition. Couch is a jack knife style, table drops down to bed and bedroom has a queen size tempurpedic mattress. Tires are in very good condition and were purchased 2 years ago. New awning was installed 2 years ago too. AC and heater (central ducting to all rooms) work well. Refrigerator runs on propane or electric with automatic switch over. 6 gal. hot water heater which runs on gas or electricity. Propane tanks have auto switch over valve.... Everything is mechanically sound....Looking for a good home..... I have a file that contains all information relating to the trailer and its appliances/components.
