2009 Crossroads Cruiser 5th Wheel Bunk House M-30 QB Fantastic for families. Very clean and well taken care of. Never been smoked in or abused. Queen bed (pop out) in front with a full closet. Great sized shower and separate closed door toilet room. Listed at 30 feet but it tapes out at 34. Two slide outs make this HUGE inside. Table area turns into a bed as well as the couch has a fold out. . .. It sleeps 10 people (really)!!!! Two bunk beds in the back. . . meaning two separate bunk beds allowing for 4 people to sleep in them! These are adult sized bunks. . . not kid sized. The back bunk room can be closed (door) for privacy. Wired for a TV in the bunk room too. Under bed storage in front and rear. Real wood cabinets... tongue and groove, not particle board. Outside hot and cold shower. . . perfect for rinsing off sand at the beach. Flat screen TV and DVD/CD player. Surround sound speakers (VERY loud) if you are into that. AC is ice cold, Heater is toasty. Fridge and Freezer work perfect. Stove and oven. Two sided sink in kitchen. Hot water heater runs on either gas or electricity based on your hook up ability (This is a great option!) This 5th wheel has so much (lockable) storage it blows away all the other trailers I've been in. I can pack so much more than all my friends. Tires are only about a year old (no dry rot and tread is perfect). Aluminum wheels. No roof leaks. All aluminum framed. . . not wood! This trailer will last forever. Power leveling jacks. No cranking. . . "Steady fast" trailer stabilizing system front and back. . . this eliminates movement and squeaking (I will never go without this again!) Power fans in roof of bedroom and bathroom. Tons of headroom inside. The outside is fantastic. No dents, dings, flaws. . . All decals are good, except one stripe that has cracking. You can get a replacement for under $100. I just haven't done it yet. I also have a full cover for it. Trailer brakes work fantastic. Tows easy. I hold the title on it and don't need to sell it. Just considering getting a diesel pusher. It is insured with AAA and they have the replacement value at $20,500. NADA values (go ahead and look it up) are "low retail $19,535 and average retail $23,520." New it cost $39,797. 2000 Nash 25-5M bunk model build by Northwoods Mfg. We are the original owners, the roof is only 3 years old and the tires are a year old. This unit is in very good condition, it only weighs 5500 dry and can be towed with a half ton truck. The hitch is also included but not the rails that the hitch sits on. Northwood Mfg is in Organ and they make very good trailers, and well isolated. This unit has a 40 gallon fresh,gray, and black holding tanks. It can sleep up to 8 people with the main bed, the two bunks, the dinette, and the couch.

We are the original owners, Model 25-5M bunk model, can sleep up to 8 people. This unit is self contained; with a 40 gallon Fresh water, gray water and black water tanks. Has a 5cf refer., 3 burner stove, and microwave with hood fan. This unit is in very good condition, roof is 3 years old and the tires are 1 year old, also has a receiver for a hitch. This 5th wheel is only 5500 lbs., can be towed with a half ton truck.

This trailer is in great shape. All upholstery is in good condition, carpet is worn but does not have any holes or tears, cabinets and finishing are in good condition, windows/cranks in good working condition. Mini blinds throughout trailer and in good working condition. Couch is a jack knife style, table drops down to bed and bedroom has a queen size tempurpedic mattress. Tires are in very good condition and were purchased 2 years ago. New awning was installed 2 years ago too. AC and heater (central ducting to all rooms) work well. Refrigerator runs on propane or electric with automatic switch over. 6 gal. hot water heater which runs on gas or electricity. Propane tanks have auto switch over valve.... Everything is mechanically sound....Looking for a good home..... I have a file that contains all information relating to the trailer and its appliances/components.
