Overall condition of this RV is very good. The wheel covers have kept the tires free from dry rot despite their age. The interior is clean and odor free. The roof access ladder has been repaired and is nice and sturdy! There are two areas where there was a previous water leak - the rear wall behind the bed, and a small section of the wall behind the driver seat.
