2011 Four Winds Travel Trailer - Model - M 272 BHS - located in Flora, MS (just outside of Jackson). Approximately 6,822 pounds (empty), smooth sides, master bedroom in the front, bunk beds in the rear. Couch folds out with an electric air mattress, dining table can also be converted to a sleeping area. New spare tire mounted on the rear of the camper (never used), nitrogen in camper tires. Used approximately 7 times for local camping weekends with children, very low miles, was never out of Alabama or Georgia until we relocated it to MS in December. No Pets, No Smoking, our daughters are grown and we are upgrading to a Class A. It's in "like new" condition, I plan to have it washed and detailed this week. It is stored at our home in Mississippi. I have all the accessories (towing, stabilizers, sewer pipes, even a generator if you want it). It has one electric slide the length of the living area (see pic) and an electric awning on opposite side over the entrance door and outside area. Very nice sound system and appliances that are like new as well. Flat screen LCD TV with DVD system that spins from living area to the master bedroom. 1 owner, we purchased new in Georgia, just really never got a chance to enjoy it due to travel with our careers. I can provide more information over the phone or send more pictures or information if needed. I also plan to replace the battery and fill the propane tanks this week. I am ready to move it. 2012 Thor Motor Coach Four Winds 27B, Only owners and Camper has only been used 7 times. No pets and no smoking in it. we have kept it covered when it was stored. Everything works.This travel trailer is in excellent condition. It sleeps a max of 8, there is a bunkhouse in the back and there is a queen size bed in the front, fold out couch in the living area, the dinette converts into a bed. The front bedroom can be closed off from the living area of the camper. There is one 12' slide out for the main living area/dining area that really opens up the space inside. It has an 18' electric awning, plenty of storage both inside and outside. The bunkhouse portion has two bunkbeds and one of the beds folds up to store stuff while traveling, this unit also has a small door that opens from the bunk room to the outside. The AC and heat are ducted, the kitchen has three burner stove, microwave and nice size refrigerator. There is a six gallon hot water heater, AM/FM/CD/DVD player, and power front hitch jack. Included in this sale is the weight distribution hitch assemble which was an $800 addition. We are selling this camper with a lot of extra stuff. This is a nice camper, very easy to tow and very easy to camp in.
