New Electric 4000 tongue jack, sleeps six, Hot water tank, microwave, duct air conditioner, floor heat vents, queen master bed, bathroom with tub shower, sink and toilet, fridge & freezer works on electric and propane, 2-30gal propane tanks, stove & oven with range hood, premium day/night shades, aluminum mini blinds in bedroom, lots of cabinet space and drawers throughout camper. Couch and dinette slide out and is very roomy, couch folds out to bed as well as the dinette. Newer heavy duty tires, Camper is in great condition, must see to appreciate. Since I have owned it, it has been inside storage. Trailer weight unloaded 5875lbs. Asking $7200 or best offer.
