The owner has only taken the RV on three trips in total.
As you enter the 30CM, you'll see a dinette directly to your right. Across from there is a sofa sleeper. Up forward is a cab over bunk. This unit will sleep up to eight comfortably.
The kitchen has a sink, stove, and microwave directly across from the entrance. The fridge is directly to the left after entering.
Moving back, you'll see the bunk beds to your left and the bathroom to your right. All the way back is the master stateroom with a queen-sized bed, dresser, and closet.
Reason for selling is not enough time to use the rig.
Great condition, very well cared for. There is no sign of any broken, damaged, or missing items.
The roof, awnings, and interior fabrics are all clean and undamaged.
