2012 Thor Motor Coach Four Winds 27B, Only owners and Camper has only been used 7 times. No pets and no smoking in it. we have kept it covered when it was stored. Everything works.This travel trailer is in excellent condition. It sleeps a max of 8, there is a bunkhouse in the back and there is a queen size bed in the front, fold out couch in the living area, the dinette converts into a bed. The front bedroom can be closed off from the living area of the camper. There is one 12' slide out for the main living area/dining area that really opens up the space inside. It has an 18' electric awning, plenty of storage both inside and outside. The bunkhouse portion has two bunkbeds and one of the beds folds up to store stuff while traveling, this unit also has a small door that opens from the bunk room to the outside. The AC and heat are ducted, the kitchen has three burner stove, microwave and nice size refrigerator. There is a six gallon hot water heater, AM/FM/CD/DVD player, and power front hitch jack. Included in this sale is the weight distribution hitch assemble which was an $800 addition. We are selling this camper with a lot of extra stuff. This is a nice camper, very easy to tow and very easy to camp in.
