This A.C.E. has been well taken care of. Has been winterized every year. Just had oil change and new windshield wipers put on. The bedroom had an additional A/C added. The tires are two years old, as well as the batteries. The steps were replaced after purchase. Also two new motors installed in the slide when purchased. The only flaw is the leatherette is peeling on the driver and passenger seats. Otherwise, this Motorhome is well taken care of.
