This A.C.E. has been well taken care of. Has been winterized every year. Just had oil change and new windshield wipers put on. The bedroom had an additional A/C added. The tires are two years old, as well as the batteries. The steps were replaced after purchase. Also two new motors installed in the slide when purchased. The only flaw is the leatherette is peeling on the driver and passenger seats. Otherwise, this Motorhome is well taken care of. Everything was in great condition. Had not been used very much like they thought they would use it. All appliances are in great working condition. No odors, delamination, or any leaks anywhere. Just perfect for a small family who enjoys last-minute getaways. Inside is an L-shaped kitchen and living space with room for a TV on the rear of the camper. There is plenty of room to eat inside at the dinette, which can be converted into extra sleeping space. The bathroom is good, and the bedroom has a queen-sized bed for comfort at night. Bunk beds in the rear give extra sleeping space, as well as the sofa sleeper. Plenty of storage inside and out. This is a great pull-behind. Reason for selling is not using.
