The seller just purchased and installed new COOPER tires on Jan 26, 2024. As shown in the photos, the new tire date codes are 5323. Also shown in the photos, the extra set of special steel studded snow tires are dated 2022, manufactured by HAKKAPELITTA. All told this set of snow tires has approximately 4500 miles of use per the seller. The engine and generator were recently serviced. The oil used in both is AMSOIL and MOBILE 1. This RV has a history of frequent lubrication and filter changes. The roof is white as snow and properly sealed (see pictures). There are four tires on the rear axle. This MAJESTIC is amazingly good-looking and amazingly clean inside and out. The seller is a military man who understands that you are to take care of your equipment, and it is so evident that this RV is well taken care of. The FORD TRITON has 154,000 miles of use, all of which were under a very careful and methodical maintenance schedule. The RV has a heavy-duty frame-mounted hitch platform, which accepts standard "stinger style" trailer hitches.
