There are currently two large custom bench style sofas that fold out to queen beds with 3" memory foam mattresses. Under bench storage provide ample room for all your storage needs. The seller says the tires are in good condition. The powerful MERCEDES engine is an inline six cylinder with 470CU IN displacement. Produces 280hp. The seller reports that the engine is very well maintained and starts and operates really well. Stock #376146 2007 Thomax HDX Bus- Recently upgraded and remodeled. The owner purchased this THOMAS HDX in 2021 to re-imagine and rebuild it to live in it full-time. It has been well insulated for hot and cold climates. Freshly painted exterior and new lights in 2023. The all-new plumbing is PEX. The seller installed a 30-gallon electric water heater. The 40-gallon freshwater tank is beneath the master bed to prevent freezing in the winter. Other amenities include a 27-gallon RV Waste Black Water Holding Tank. There is a 12V water pump, tank sensors, and heat tape on sewer piping and elbows. The bus is pre-plumbed for a washing machine. Heating/AC is by way of a RECPRO RV A/C installed overhead and QUIET AC with a heat pump for cooling and heating. There are two 1500-watt/120-volt wall heaters also. The electrical service is a 50 amp power panel with a convertor. This directs 120/20amp GFI service in the kitchen and bathroom. Throughout the RV is 12-volt lighting. There are 3-way lights in the kitchen and hallway all the way to the bedroom. The bedroom sleeping area fits up to a king-size mattress and includes USB charger ports. The closet includes plentiful shelving and a great deal of storage. The bathroom has a two-piece toilet with a macerator pump for the up flush toilet system. Four water Inlets connect to the bathroom, sink, toilet, water disposal, automatic start and stop, and Reamer Crush Function. There is a large 34" x 48" shower with a skylight for extra headroom and a sink with a cabinet and mirror. The main area features a kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a full-size refrigerator and a large stainless steel sink w/single handle pull-down sprayer faucet. There is ample counter space. There is a microwave cubby and 5 (double) upper cabinets, and three base cabinets for storage (including four drawers). A slide-out shelf also serves as an extra workspace or a table. There is an open area between the fridge and sofa for a table and chairs, a pantry, or more storage space. In the living room is a 72" jackknife sofa: sofa measures approximately 72" x 30" x 34" (W x D x H), and its sleeping surface measures 69" x 42" x 19" (W x D x H) There are 4 (double) upper cabinets (above the couch), a driver's suspension seat, a 3" pedestal w/adjustable backrest, headrest, and armrests, with slide rails and foldable. This Rotates to serve as additional seating. Additional amenities include two skylights to bring in extra light and make the space feel even bigger. All windows have locks and mini-blinds. The entire interior, including the floor & ceiling, are insulated to help regulate the interior temperature and reduce noise. Reason for selling is not in use.

This Skoolie is freshly customized. The seller stripped the bus, and everything is handmade, including the cabinetry. A lot of love and sweat went into creating this RV. She is registered as an RV. The seller had the engine inspected, and any repairs needed 6k worth. The tires are recently new as well as all components of this rig.
