Now about this item... GENERALLY, the coach you are viewing is a REPO unit. This means that this is your chance to own a great USED coach for a very low price. This also means that there is usually TLC needed, since GENERALLY it is a REPO unit. So, please do not expect new or perfect or barely used, please expect a decent 16 year old motorhome. This is coach approx 35'. This coach is a Fleetwood Southwind. This coach is NOT nice as compared to a new unit. It is decent when compared to a new motorhome. To be 16 years old this coach is pretty nice. This RV was just driven several hundred miles with no trouble. The check engine lite is on and the engine runs a little rough at idle and runs good down the road. This RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. There are 2 roof AC units that both work. The engine or dash AC does not blow cold air. The automatic overdrive transmission shifts great also, no problems. An generator is in good working condition please consider that it is 16+ years old. This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new. There is a fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric. The following items have been checked and found to be in proper operating condition at this time unless stated otherwise: Running Lights Tires Date Code rear tires are 04 and the front are 2013. Dash AC - Blows Cool Generator Fluids Chassis & Generator Overhead AC(s) Refrigerator Furnace(s) Only one works Water System Drained and blown out for winter. Awning Main No Good Other Notes: Light above chair and couch not working. The jack panel will not turn on. The step motor needs the linkage as per the previous owner.
