Central ducted air conditioner, and separate ducted propane heater. 6 gallon water heater. 3 burner stove with oven, bigger size fridge with separate freezer door. It works on propane or a/c. Microwave, screened rear garage door and chains to turn door into a patio/deck. 2 optima batteries, upgraded electric pump hydraulic disk brake setup. (Takes car pads and disks... stops amazing) has a shared 25 gallon gas tank for generator and a fuel station pump to fill up your toys. Built in Generator that can power the air conditioner or bigger power tools. 2 motorcycle wheel chalks/holsters, lots of tie down points. Yes a "utv" will fit door height about 6' 10'' garage area is 12' long but you may put longer items down the center, into the kitchen section... Super heavy duty tires and matching spare with lots of life left. New Electric front jacks. New membrane roof professionally installed a few years ago... all upgrades less than 3 years old. Originally a Nevada trailer so no frame rust/corrosion... This is a nice trailer and has taken us across the county a few times. It's in great shape and ready for adventure. 2005 Skyline Rampage 289, Layton Rampage 30 ft. 5th wheel toy hauler (2005 year) One owner, Very clean. Sleeps 6. 91 hours on 4KW Onan MicroQuiet generator with remote start. Serviced last year, Oil, filter, sparkplug. Battery compartment is set up for two batteries. Electric leveling jacks on front. (Has manual crank also) Scissor jacks on rear. Two 8-lb. propane tanks. 100 gal. fresh water. 40 gal gray, 40 gal. black. Large pass-through outside storage compartment. Outdoor shower w/hot & cold water 36 gal on-board fuel station with pump nozzle 6-gal. propane water heater. Tires replaced last year. Shocks, springs and brakes on both axles provides for excellent towing. Graphics have some fading and peeled areas. New Awning installed last year. Exterior lighting all around Roll-down screen encloses trailer while rear door is open. This is a very clean and maintained Toy Hauler. Air condition works great, serviced last year.
