Added Wood Flooring planking, Kitchen used only 1 or 2 times during really bad weather, always cooked outside, rain or shine. Very Clean inside with deluxe cabinetry, looks pretty new inside, with no smoking ever allowed. Windows always solar covered inside to prevent sun fade to drapes/cushions, while in storage. All beds, sofa/dinette cushions covered all the time with slip covers and extra padding toppers, in really good condition. Will sleep 4 very comfortable, but up to 8 if needed to sleep. Queen Bed in overhead, Rear plan Bunk Beds with ladder for the children & rear full bathroom/shower/sink/flushing toilet, holding tank system with full solid door for bathroom.Replaced Standard Axles/Springs with new Heavy Duty Axles/Springs/Brakes/Drums, less than 2k miles driven on axles. Rear bunk bed plan gives Mom/Dad privacy up front, when both full drapes are pulled. Lots of factory upgraded options ordered. Good starter unit for young family camping/fishing trips.
