We purchased this travel trailer in March 2003 at Tom Johnson Camping Center in Charlotte. We have used it 3-4 times per year since then but have never lived in it. It has always been stored out of the sun between use and never left outside for an extended period. It is drained every winter. There has never been any freeze damage. Everything works. Air is cold. We mostly dry camp at college football games but also make one beach trip every year. The wheels and tires were replaced about 5 years ago. It has normal wear and tear for a trailer this age. Date of Manufacture is 06/98. Empty weight is listed as 3975 lbs. Gross is 5500 lbs. 36 gallons of water. The front bed is a Full. It has a "real" upgraded mattress. The dinette folds down like normal. There are two bunks in the back but cot size foam mattresses. The bathroom is normal but with extra counter space. There's a powered fan in the bathroom and a vent cover. There's an unusually large wardrobe mid trailer and upper cabinets above the dinette. So there is a lot of storage for a trailer of this size. The awning is not in great shape but works. I have many more pictures to share. Please let us know what questions you have.
