The Dining Table, 2nd Bedroom chairs, and Bunk Bed mattresses have been reupholstered. All windows are in tact; one "new" over kitchen sink. Some required skills man labor to permanently install some kitchen items and the toilet, minor repairs to the wallpaper and doors frames are required. Awning is needed and the furnace needs servicing and/or replacement.
