A trailer that may be too long for vacations but perfect for a trailer park or landowner to use as a guest home or a rental. Sleeps approximately 4-6 people; 8-10 with the slide-out section. Overall it is in â€˜standardâ€™ to â€˜above-standardâ€™ condition having new itemsâ€”stove, microwave, refrigerator, kitchen sink, and toilet, floor and roof vents, carpet, kitchen title, and the Master Bedroom double-sized mattress. The Dining Table, 2nd Bedroom chairs, and Bunk Bed mattresses have been reupholstered. All windows are in tact; one "new" over kitchen sink. Some required skills man labor to permanently install some kitchen items and the toilet, minor repairs to the wallpaper and doors frames are required. Awning is needed and the furnace needs servicing and/or replacement.
