We were sick of the factory colors and the old carpet was a mess, so we painted the trim and cabinets (very well, we must say) and put in nice sheet-vinyl flooring. We have taken great care of it, at least we think we have. We did put a dent in the outer siding while building a deck, but it is just cosmetic. We are very willing to negotiate with reasonable people. Beds are not included. Comes with couch and table/chairs.
