Up for your consideration is a very clean 2011 Showhauler Garage Motorhome. Showhauler is know for a complete custom Super C Motorhome built on Class 8 Truck Chassis. Each Showhauler is built to customer specs and rarely will you ever see 2 units the same. Showhauler's frame work is a totally tubular steel frame which is the safest in the industry. Additionally Showhauler has the highest resale in the Rv industry.This unit is very unique in that it was built on a Non-Emission Diesel Motor. The truck itself was a leftover 2007 Freightliner Columbia that was ordered for RV use prior to the financial crash in 2008. The unit was started in 2010 and was completed in late 2010. If you will recall the state of the economy in 2008-2010, not many new RVs were produced. In fact many RV companies went bankrupt. I can tell you from experience, the older diesel motors were far less problematic. The motor itself is a 450HP/1550 FT/LBS Torque 12.8L Mercedes Diesel which was produced by Detroit Diesel and Mercedes. This unit has a smaller garage which is best suited for a Motorcycle or used for general storage, at just over 7ft in length, I don't believe you can put any type of ATV in the rear of this coach. It does have a dedicated bedroom with queen bed along with a decent sized living area and large aisle bathroom. The coach left the factory without any furniture in the slide-out and without TV in the living area. We have installed a brand new Samsung 32in Flatscreen TV which is a Smart TV in the living area, it also has a newer DVD player. The previous owner did but a basic couch in the living room which does make out into a bed.
