2012 Shasta Oasis , 2012 Shasta Oasis Model 205RD by Forest River The Oasis has all you need for an impressive home base. A full galley kitchen with a 3 burner cooktop, residential 60/40 sink, a 6 cubic foot refrigerator, and a 6 gallon gas DSI water heater. Outside there's pass-through storage, front diamond plate rock guard, and a 15-foot awning to make your life easy. The attached 2012 Shasta Oasis Brochure provides a list of all the standard equipment and specifications for each of the Oasis Floorplans. The 2015 NADA pricing guide lists the average retail price for the 2012 Shasta Oasis Model 205RD at $11,750 and the low retail price at $9,750. The NADA guide does not include the many hundreds of dollars extras shown below. Extras The vinyl floor has been replace with bamboo hardwood flooring, one of the hardest and most beautiful floors available. It is a major enhancement both in quality, durability and appearance. Following the floor installation, the aluminum table supports were not re-installed on the new floor. The two supports are provided and can be easily added with six wood screws each. We elected instead to use bamboo TV tables (included) to increase the usable space inside the unit and not mar the bamboo floor appearance. The table panels are also used to form the rear queen size bed. These panels are fully usable for this purpose and stored under the forward bed mattress. A Pro Series 49901 weight distribution hitch system is provided at no addition costs. The hitch includes an adjustable friction anti sway bar. Trailer weights in excess of 5000 lbs and a hitch weight in excess of 500 lbs requires a weight distribution hitch for the Ford 150. Both these weights are exceeded for even a partially loaded 205RD Oasis. We have also included all the extra stuff needed for immediate turn key camping. These items are not provided when you buy a new camper, but are also being furnished at no additional costs. - RV quality fresh water hose - Drain hose for dumping gray and black water tanks. - PVC Storage Pipe for Drain Hose Storage - Set of 10 leveling blocks - TV cable to connect to RV park cable system if available. - 20 amp to 30 amp adaptor for connecting the 30 amp trailer to a 20 amp home service receptacle. Care should be taken not to turn on all electrical units in the trailer when connected to 20 amps other wise it will trip the home electrical breaker. - Electric Drill adapter to lower the stabilizing jacks using a drill instead of lowering them manually. - A Trailer Coupling Lock and a Weight Distribution Trailer Hitch Lock are provided for security. - $9,500.00
