This is a completely restored, showroom quality 1964 10' Shasta Compact Travel Trailer. We are the 3rd owner. This has been rebuilt from the frame up. The title is clear and matches the frame numbers. The floor is new 3/4" oak laminate flooring. The new inside walls are maple. The original birch interior and cabinetry has been restored to like new condition. It has the original water tank, cleaned and refitted to the back for ease as well as the electrical hook up. All new plex plumbing. New electrical system with a duel 30 amp breaker setup for front and back. For 12 volt service an inverter can be plugged into a socket. There is a 5000 btu A/C Unit installed on the tongue of the trailer. A toilet and a 10 gallon holding tank have been added. Faucet added but kept the original hand pump with sink. New gas lines have been run to the stove and lights. Insulation was done with 3/4" foil backed poly sheets. The siding is new 4" break on sides with airstream aluminum on top. Seams have been double sealed. Axles have new bearings, seals and grease. Tires are new with a spare included and original jacks. New doors were made for the entry, storage, and table was hand built and is new. Refrigerator works well. New counter top and stove back-splash. All upholstery and foam is new. Cushions have been designed to make into a double bed or two single beds. Heater is new and works well The standing height is 6 ft. We love this camper and have put a lot of money into it but have decided to get a larger one. This trailer is light (1000 pounds) and pulls easily behind our Subaru.
