1999 Sea Breeze 33' Class A Motorhome in like-new condition. Only 12,127 original miles. Original owner. Ford V10 engine and chassis. Banks performance system. This motorhome is in excellent condition, has had gentle use by only 2 adults, and very well maintained. No smoking, children, or pets ever in this coach. Motorhome has been garaged since 2006, and prior to that was kept covered when not in use. Interior is exceptionally clean with all original upholstery, appliances, carpet, cabinets. Everything works perfectly -- roof A/Cs (2), central air system, furnace, water heater, refrigerator, cooktop & oven, microwave/convection oven, water system and all plumbing. 4.5 kW generator with 142 hours. Exterior is also like new, with nice shiny surfaces and perfect graphics. Awning is like new. Both windshield halves are new -- having been replaced about 3 years ago due to some tiny stone chips. Roof was resealed about 2 years ago. This is one of the nicest driving and handling mid-size RVs ever made. It has a GVWR of 18,000 lbs, but since its curb weight is about 14,000 lbs, it is not even close to being loaded to capacity, unlike many other motorhomes that have handling problems.
