2017 Sanibel has normal wear and tear for the age, outside shows pretty well, a few decals are peeling around the edges. The inside is clean, with no smells or odors, and the carpet is in good condition. Recliners are showing wear, and the price reflects replacement. The black tank flush nozzle is clogged, toilet is still operational. This RV is in good condition for its age. All mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are operational. The toilet may need a new seal. The upholstery on the sofas and recliners show significant wear and peeling. Some cabinetry shows evidence of wear. The exterior is clean, free of dents, and does not exhibit any fading or peeling.
