2017 Sanibel has normal wear and tear for the age, outside shows pretty well, a few decals are peeling around the edges. The inside is clean, with no smells or odors, and the carpet is in good condition. Recliners are showing wear, and the price reflects replacement. The black tank flush nozzle is clogged, toilet is still operational.
